Eligibility:
Applicant must be and remain a New York State resident.
b. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who will be enrolled at a College or University by September 2012.
c. Applicant must be enrolling in and graduate from a BS or BE full-time program with a focus on environmental issues. Such programs could include but are not limited to:
i. Environmental Engineering
ii Civil Engineering with an environmental minor
iii. Chemical Engineering with an environmental minor
iv. Hydrogeology with an environmental emphasis
v. Biology or Microbiology, with an environmental emphasis
Scholarship Open for International Students: No
Scholarship Description: The New York Water Environment Association will be offering a 4-year scholarship worth a total of $10,000
