Scholarship Description: The Head, Division of Agricultural Physics, IARI, New Delhi-110012, wishes to recruit one Senior Research Fellows (SRFs) purely on temporary/contractual basis in the following project. The particulars of posts under this project are given below:
Eligibility: M.Sc. (Agrometeorology / Agricultural Physics /Physics Agronomy / Soil Science/ Agricultural Statistics or MCA from a recognized University / Institution. Desirable- Candidate with knowledge/ experience in Meteorological data processing/ statistical analysis / crop simulation models will be preferred
The above position is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis up to the end of 11th five-year plan period i.e. 31.03.2012 or co-terminus with the Project. The selected candidates will have no claim for regular appointment at this institute as the position is co-terminus with the project. Age Limit: Age should be below 35 years (Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/ women and 3 years for OBC candidates).
